David Chalem, Agent/Investment Advisor
Born and raised in Los Angeles, David Chalem is the newest agent to join the powerhouse team. After finishing his bachelor’s degree in business management and Entrepreneurship at CSU Chico he moved towards landscape estimating. David was a fresh college graduate who quickly leveled up from takeoff estimator, to estimator, and then senior estimator. While David quickly learned the ins and outs of crunching numbers, client relationships, estimating, he started developing his love for sales.
Fast forward to 2021 David further cemented his love for sales by passing The Real Estate Licensing Test and obtaining his license. Upon receiving his license, he quickly joined his dad’s company DMC Real Estate in North Hollywood. Excelling in his administrative tasks David now helps in the asset management of a portfolio of single-family homes in both Los Angeles and Las Vegas along with shopping centers spread throughout the country.
In addition to his role as an Asset Manager, David is also a skilled real estate agent, helping clients achieve their dreams of finding the perfect property, whether it’s a cozy family home or a thriving commercial space. His in-depth knowledge of the real estate market and unwavering commitment to his clients make him a trusted partner in their property journeys.
Beyond the world of real estate, David finds joy in various hobbies. He’s a culinary enthusiast, often experimenting in the kitchen to whip up delicious meals and delectable baked goods. When he’s not honing his culinary skills, you can find David exploring the great outdoors, hiking through picturesque landscapes, and reveling in the beauty of nature.
