Acquisition Criteria to invest in Shopping Center and Retail Centers:
- Investment Size: $1 million to $50 million
- A or B Class Shopping Centers, located in Metropolitan areas nationwide
Acquisition Criteria to invest in Land Development:
- Up to 50 Acres commercially zoned property in Strong Demographics: Dense urban-infill or high population growth markets

- Can quickly close, complete due diligence in 7-20 days;
- Can assume existing financing and/or obtain financing from numerous financial sources;
